Delivery for online purchases
We know how important it is for you to receive your order quickly and at the best possible price—that’s why we’re committed to fast and affordable delivery. While a delivery fee is necessary due to the size and nature of our products, we’ve carefully calculated the most cost-effective rates for you. As soon as your order is placed, we get to work processing it right away. You can expect delivery within 1-3 days in Gauteng and 3-7 days for the rest of the country because getting your order to you quickly is our priority!
How much does delivery cost?
We offer direct delivery to your home or office anywhere in South Africa. All online orders are shipped from our business address in Johannesburg and delivered straight to your doorstep.

Delivery Timelines
We will contact you upon receiving your order and delivery address to confirm product availability and shipping costs. While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, delivery is subject to availability and may be affected by third-party carriers beyond our control.
Please note that carriers cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, and any dates provided are approximate. We are not liable for any losses, costs, damages, or expenses resulting from delivery delays, and such delays will not be grounds for order cancellation. Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments.
Deliveries will only be made to the address specified in the order and require a signature upon receipt. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to accept the delivery. If no one is available at the agreed-upon time and our delivery agent cannot reach you, a re-delivery fee may apply.
Cancellations
You may in certain instances cancel your order. You can cancel your order before it is dispatched for delivery call us or email us to do so. If you cancel an order and the goods have already left our warehouse, you will be liable for the delivery fee and a cancellation fee of 10% of the price of the goods. We can only process refunds once we have confirmed that the goods have been returned to our warehouse. If cancellation of an order is initiated by us, no cancellation fees will be payable.
